Section 34(b) in The Punjab Homoeopathic Practitioners (Appointment of Examiners, Centre Superintendent and Conduct of Examinations) Regulations, 1984
(b)A candidate found guilty of communicating or attempting to communicate directly or through a relative, guardian or friend with an examiner or with the Superintendent with the object of influencing him in the award of marks, shall be disqualified from passing that examination and the one following it.
