19. Dissemination and training.
- The State Government may, to the extent of availability of financial or other resources-(i)develop and organize campaigns and programmes to advance the understanding of the public, as to how to exercise the rights contemplated under the Act;(ii)encourage public authorities to participate in the development and organization of programmes referred to in clause (i) above and to undertake such programmes themselves;(iii)issue guidelines in simple language for employees and members of the public specifying the steps and/or documents required for providing public services, including standard operating procedures.
