(4)Maintenance of registers - The Chief Inspector shall keep in his office-(a)a register of appeals,(b)a register of accidents,(c)the memorandum of inspection and registration books of all boilers borne on the registers,(d)a register of all registration and inspection fees received, and(e)a register in Form 'A' attached to these rules of all boilers registered within the State and those which have been transferred to this State.
