Section 81 in The Orissa Development Authorities Rules, 1983
81. Payment by cheque.
(1)No payment shall be made by the Bank out of the funds of the Authority referred to in Rule 79 except upon a cheque.(2)Payment of any sum due to the Authority exceeding five hundred rupees in amount shall be made by means of a cheque or Bank draft and not in any other manner.
