Section 93 in Manipur International University Act, 2018
93. Resignation from the University.
- Any member other than the ex-officio member of the Governing Board, or the Academic Board or any other authority of the University or Any Officer or staff (whether salaried or otherwise) of the University may resign from his office by a letter addressed to the Chancellor along with a clear reason for such resignation and the resignation shall take effect only from the date on which the same is approved and accepted by the Chancellor.
