Section 297(2) in Bihar Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2005
(2)The experts referred to in sub-rule (1) shall-(a)possesses a degree in the relevant field from a recognized university,(b)possesses not less than ten years experience of working in the relevant field out of which at least five years shall be in the field of occupational safety, health and environment.
