Section 15(1) in Pandit Sundar Lal Sharma (Open) University Chhattisgarh Adhiniyam, 2004
(1)Executive Council shall be the principal executive body of the University, which shall consist of not more than thirteen members out of which not more than seven shall be Government Officers.
