15. Executive Council.
(1)Executive Council shall be the principal executive body of the University, which shall consist of not more than thirteen members out of which not more than seven shall be Government Officers.(2)The constitution of Executive Council, the term of office of its members and its powers and functions shall be prescribed by the Statute.
