(1)No person shall sell or keep, offer or expose for sale to the public, standard cloth otherwise than at such price as may be fixed by the State Government and in accordance with the terms and conditions of a licence issued in this behalf.(2)If any person contravenes the provisions of sub- section (1), he shall be punishable with imprisonment which may extend to six months, or with fine or with both.
