Section 5(5) in The U.P. Pravidhik Shiksha (Admission Conduct of Examinations and Conferment of Certificates and Diplomas) Regulations, 1992
(5)No candidate who is disallowed from appearing in an examination for not fulfilling conditions specified under Clauses (b) to (h) of sub-regulation (2) shall be permitted to appear in that examination, unless he / she fulfills at all the conditions afresh.
