Section 2 in Maharashtra Apartment Ownership Rules, 1972
2. Definitions.
- [(1)] [Inserted by G. N. of 14.3.1974.] In these rules, unless the context requires otherwise :-(a)"Act" means the Maharashtra Apartment Ownership Act, 1970;[* * * *] [Deleted by G.
