114. Amendment of Section 146.
- In Section 146 of the said Code, in Hindi version, -(a)for the words ^^'kiFki= ;k vU;Fkk ;g fl) gks tkrk gS the words ^^'kiFki= }kjk ;k vU;Fkk ;g fl) gks tkrk gS shall be substituted;(b)in clause (b), for the words ^^gVkus csp nsus the words gVkus ;k csp nsus and for the words ^^vLFkk;h vkns'k the words vLFkk;h C;kns'k shall be substituted.
