Section 6(1)(ii) in The U.P. Lokayukta And Up-Lokayuktas Act, 1975

(ii)in respect of an Up-Lokayukta shall be held by a person appointed by the Governor being a person who is or has been a Judge of the Supreme Court or who is or has been a Judge of a High Court.
