Section 10(1) in THE ANDHRA PRADESH FISHERIES UNIVERSITY ACT, 2020

(1)The Governor of Andhra Pradesh shall be the Chancellor of the University. He/She shall, by virtue of his/her office, be the Head of the University, and shall, when present, preside at any convocation of the University.
