Section 122(a) in The Rajasthan Financial Corporation (Staff) Regulations, 1958
(a)that in case of emergency, if an employee of the Corporation who has been enrolled as member of the Civil Defence Service or of the Home Guards Organisation is required to perform any duties and functions or to take training under the Civil Defence Service Rules, 1962, during office hours the period of absence shall be treated as special casual leave.
