Section 21(1) in Rajasthan Jails Subordinate Service Rules, 1998
(1)Applications for direct recruitment to posts in category I of Schedule-1 shall be invited by the Commission by advertising the vacancies in the official Gazette, or in such other manner, as may be deemed fit by the Commission.
