Section 279(1) in Goa Building and Other Construction Workers' (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2008
(1)The Board may on application made by a member, in Form XXIX sanction an amount not exceeding fifty thousand rupees as a grant for purchase or construction of a house. The member shall produce along with the application such documents as may be specified by the Board].
