(1)The University shall establish a fund to be called the Foundation fund of University from contributions and grants made by the Government for being credited to that fund and such other sums from the University which may be credited to the said Fund in accordance with the Statutes.(2)The moneys in the Foundation Fund shall be invested in the Securities authorised by the Trusts Act. 1882,(II of 1882.) or the Bombay Public Trusts Act. 1950,(Bom. XXIX of 1950.).(3)The funds and all moneys of the University shall be managed in such manner as may be prescribed.
