35. Preparation of balance-sheets etc., of corporation.
(1)The Board shall cause the books and accounts of the corporation to be balanced and closed as on the [Thirty-first day of March] [Substituted by Rajasthan 1 of 1990.] each year.(2)The balance-sheet and accounts of the corporation shall be prepared and maintained in such manner as may be prescribed.
