41. Conditions of Service.
(1)The emoluments and terms and conditions of service of all the employees of the Board shall be as may be prescribed.(2)All salaried officers and employees of the Board including those appointed by the Board for specified periods or for specified work or who receive remuneration such as allowances, fees or other payments from the Board's Fund shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Central Act 45 of 1860).
