127. Precautions against dust, toxic gases and ionizing radiations.
(1)The owner, agent and manager of a mine shall ensure the prevention and control of emission of dust, toxic gas, fume and ionising radiation at source as far as reasonably practicable.(2)A competent person shall instruct every person liable to be exposed to dust, toxic gas, fume and ionising radiation about the safe working method and technique.(3)The permissible limit of exposure to dust, toxic gas, fume and ionising radiation shall be as per the applicable regulatory requirements.
