Section 14 in THE RAJASTHAN MADARSA BOARD ACT, 2020
14. The Accounts Officer.- (1) The State Government shall appoint an Accounts
Officer who shall be an officer of the Rajasthan Accounts Service to supervise and controlthe finances and accounts of the Board. He shall work under the overall supervision of theSecretary of the Board.(2)He shall-(i)be responsible for the preparation of the Budget and for the presentationthereof to the Board;(ii)administer the Fund of the Board;(iii)supervise and control the expenditure of the Board; and(iv)ensure that no expenditure not authorized in the Budget is incurred by theBoard.
