Section 44 in Rajasthan Women Empowerment (State and Subordinate) Service Rules, 2017
44. Regulation of Pay, Leave, Allowances, Pension, Contributory Pension etc.
- Except as provided in these rules, the pay allowances, pension/contributory Pension, leave and other conditions of service of the member of the service shall be regulated by,-(i)the Rajasthan Service Rules, 1951, as amended from time to time;(ii)the Rajasthan Civil Services (Classification, Control, and Appeal) Rules, 1958. as amended from time to time;(iii)the Rajasthan Travelling Allowances Rules 1971, as amended from time to time;(iv)the Rajasthan Civil Services (Conduct) Rules, 1971. as amended from time to time;(v)the Rajasthan Civil Services (Pension) Rules, 1996. as amended from time to time;(vi)the Rajasthan Civil Services (Revised Pay Scales) Rules, 1998. as amended from time to time;(vii)the Rajasthan Civil Services (Contributory Pension) Rules, 2005, as amended from time to time;(viii)the Rajasthan Civil Services (Revised Pay) Rules, 2008, as amended from time to time; and(ix)any other rules prescribing general conditions of service made by the Appropriate Authority under the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India and for the time being in force.
