Section 388(1) in The Naval Ceremonial, Conditions Of Service And Miscellaneous Regulations, 1964
(1)Applications for uniform allowance shall be made by officers on contingent bills to the Registrar of Reserves together with an undertaking, in writing, that they will spend the entire amount in providing themselves with uniform.
