(1)There shall be a Departmental Council for each University Department and each college consisting of the following members, namely: -(i)the Head of the Department;(ii)all teachers of the Department;(iii)two students one to be nominated by the Vice-Chancellor and the other to be nominated by the Head of the Department for each academic year.
