Section 6(1) in Home Guards Organisation, (Departmental Examination) Rules, 2012
(1)A Clerk, who fails to pass the higher grades departmental examination within specified chances and specified period, shall notwithstanding such failure, be eligible to appear at any time in such examination, on payment of examination fees as may be determined by the Government from time to time;
