5. Filling of Casual Vacancy.
(1)Where a member of the Board referred to in Clause (g) Sub-section (1) of Section 6 resigns or dies or is removed-from officer or becomes incapable of acting, the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint a person to fill the vacancy.(2)A person appointed to fill the casual vacancy under Sub-rule (1) shall hold Office only so long as the member whose place he fills would have been entitled to hold office, if the vacancy had not occurred.
