Section 5(1) in The Wild Life (Protection) (Orissa) Rules, 1974
(1)Where a member of the Board referred to in Clause (g) Sub-section (1) of Section 6 resigns or dies or is removed-from officer or becomes incapable of acting, the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint a person to fill the vacancy.
