(3)Premature condemnation of the vehicles(a)that have not completed their life as per norms; or(b)vehicles that have met an accident and it shall not be useful after repairs; and(c)fixation of their reserve price shall be done by the Vehicles Price Fixation Board constituted at the District level after physical inspection of the vehicle.
