Section 18(1) in The Tamil Nadu Catering Establishments Rules, 1959
(1)The notice under sub-clause (i) of clause (a) of sub-section (4) of section 11 shall be in Form IV-EE and shall be served-(i)by giving or tendering it to the employee; or(ii)if the employee is not found, by affixing it at the entrance of his last place of residence or by giving or tendering it to some adult member of his family.
