17. Framing of lottery schemes and prescribing conditions.
(1)The State Government may frame different lottery schemes which it may like to introduce from time to time.(2)The State Government may lay down qualifications, experience and other terms and conditions, keeping in view the market conditions for becoming agent or printer.(3)The lottery scheme can be changed or modified by the State Government keeping in view the market conditions, in consultation with the agents.
