20. Allowances of members of Council.
(1)The members of the Council shall receive such travelling and other allowances as may be prescribed by regulations ;Provided that the members of the Council who are Government employees shall not be entitled to receive such allowances.(2)No member shall be entitled to any payment other than the payment as specified in sub-section (1).
