10. Aid and grant to the institution.
(1)Such institution having more than one hundred acquired, usable, un-usable, disabled, old or diseased Agricultural cattle shall receive aids/grants under various schemes of the State Government/Central Government.(2)Grants shall be given in accordance with clause (x-ee) of Section 44 of the Chhattisgarh Krishi Upaj Mandi Adhiniyam, 1972 (No. 24 of 1973).
