Section 12 in Tamil Nadu Cooperative Sugar Mills Managerial Common Cadre System Rules, 2018
12. Provident Fund.
- Every Common Cadre Employee shall contribute towards contributory provident fund @ 12% of the pay and Dearness allowance and the mills in which the employee is working shall also make matching contribution to the fund at the same rate. Every common cadre Employee should also make additional contribution to the provident fund as per the instructions of the Regional Provident Fund commissioner from time to time. Provident Fund Account shall be maintained in the Mill concerned.
