39. Returns.
(1)The employer of every beedi industrial premises shall send to the competent authority on or before the 10th day of every month a monthly return in Form No. XIV.(2)The employer of every beedi industrial premises shall furnish an annual return in Form No. XV on or before the 30th April of every year to the [competent authority.] [Substituted by G.
