Section 39(1) in The Tamil Nadu Beedi Industrial Premises (Regulation of Conditions of Work) Rules, 1959
(1)The employer of every beedi industrial premises shall send to the competent authority on or before the 10th day of every month a monthly return in Form No. XIV.
