Section 12 in Rajasthan Madarsa Education Assistant Subordinate Service Rules, 2013
12. Nationality.
- A candidate for appointment to the service must be,-(a)a citizen of India; or(b)a subject of Nepal; or(c)subject of Bhutan; or(d)a Tibetan refugee who came over to India before the 1st January, 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India; or(e)a person of Indian origin who was migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka and East African Countries of Kenya, Uganda and the United Republic of Tanazania (formerly Tanganyka and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire and Ethopia with the intention of permanently settling in India:Provided that a candidate belonging to categories (b), (c), (d) and (e) shall be a person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government in the Department of Home Affairs and Justice after proper verification.
