79. Power to rectify apparent errors.
- Any clerical or arithmetical mistake in any order passed by the Government or any other authority or Officer under these rules and any error arising therein from accidental slip or omissions, may within two years from the date of the order, be corrected by the Government authority or the Officer, as the case may be:Provided that no order prejudicial to any person shall be passed unless he has been given a reasonable opportunity of being heard.
