Section 22(4) in The Jammu and Kashmir State Forest Corporation Act, 1978
(4)The Government shall,-(a)cause the accounts of the Corporation together with the audit report thereon, received by it under sub-section (3) to be laid annually before each House of the State Legislature, and(b)cause the accounts of the Corporation to be published in the prescribed manner and make available copies thereof for sale at a reasonable price.
