Section 30(1) in Rajasthan Nurses, Midwives, Health Visitors and Auxiliary Nurse-Midwives Registration Act, 1964
(1)The Council shall, with the sanction of the State Government, fix the scale of fees payable in respect of all matters and proceedings provided for in this Act or the rules and regulations made thereunder and provide the mode of their payment.
