Section 86(16) in Jharkhand Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2017
(16)The SJPU shall coordinate with the District Legal Services Authority to provide legal aid to children. There shall be atleast two para legal volunteers attached to every police station who shall assist the children who come before the CWPO.
