Section 10(1) in The Orissa Stage Carriages (Licensing of Conductors) Rules, 1994
(1)When a duplicate conductor's licence is issued' under Rule 9, it shall be clearly stamped "duplicate" in red and shall be marked with the date of issue of the duplicate and the seal of the licensing authority.
