11. Annual check of State road boundaries.
(1)It shall be the duty of the State Road Authority to conduct an annual check of the boundaries of the State Road, in its charge with a view to locating unauthorized encroachment, if any.(2)When the State Road Authority is satisfied that un-authorized encroachment has been made on State road land, it shall take immediate steps as specified in section 26 for the removal thereof.Chapter - IV Restriction of Ribbon Development Along State Roads and Control of Access to State Roads
