24. Day-to-Day Management of the District Council.
(1)The Chairman shall have the authority, in case of emergency, to sanction expenditure without reference to the Managing Committee, subject to availability of funds and subsequent placement before the Managing Committee for ratification.(2)The Day-to-day management of the affairs of the District Council shall be handled by the Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Secretary and Joint Secretary.
