Section 66(1) in The Indira Gandhi Agriculture University, Raipur Statutes, 1987
(1)The Vishwavidyalaya may procure, construct, own, take on lease, and use houses for Vishwavidyalaya employees as determined by the Board to be necessary for the proper functioning of the Vishwavidyalaya. Administrative Council shall make up and adopt Regulations for the proper administration of staff housing matters.
