Section 31(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Forest (Protection) Force Rules, 2012
(1)Enrolled members of the Force on being regularly selected for promotion shall undergo a special course (hereinafter referred to as Pre-promotion course) at any training institution for a duration that may be fixed by the Government.
