(b)Separate, seniority list for male/female teachers on the basis of seniority and suitability subject to the rejection of unfit would be prepared keeping in view the number of vacancies available. Firstly, seniority list of handicapped and female candidates in separate categories of general, Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes will be prepared, and the candidates would be required to give option of one school from the general and backward blocks as per roaster and accordingly their posting would be done. Against the remaining vacancies of the backward areas as per list would be prepared in order of English Alphabet and posting of male candidates would be done as per roaster provided in Rule 7 and seniority in Appendix B.
