Section 28(1) in Rajasthan Suppression of Immoral Traffic in Women and Girls Rules, 1958
(1)The Superintendent shall give immediate notice of the escape or recapture of any inmate of the home to-(a)the Director,(b)the Chief Inspector(c)the nearest Police Station,(d)the District Superintendent of Police, and(e)the District Magistrate.
