Section 26(2) in The West Bengal Primary Education Act, 1973
(2)The President shall be the Chairman of the Finance Committee and the [Controller of Finance] [Words substituted for the words 'Finance Officer' by W.B. Act 17 of 2009.], or if there is no [Controller of Finance] [Words substituted for the words 'Finance Officer' by W.B. Act 17 of 2009.], the Secretary to the Board shall be the Secretary to the said Committee.
