Section 58 in The Mizoram Autonomous District Council (Constitution and Conduct of Business of the District Councils) Rules, 1974
58. List of questions.
- Question which have not been disallowed shall be entered in the list of questions for the day and shall be called, if the time made available for the questions permits, in the order in which they stand in the list before any business is entered upon at the meeting. Any questions left over owing to time being not available shall be postponed to the next session of the District Council when they shall take precedence in the list.
